The location was prime, right by several restaurants, West edmoton mall, and great shopping centres and easily accessible. The rooms were brand-new and a nice size, with coffee, an iron, and air conditioning.

When I am in Edmonton, I like staying here. In overall, the place is truly exceptional, has professional staff with an inexperienced front desk clerk. The hotel serves amazing bagged breakfast. The rooms are beautifully maintained and air conditioned, the beds are very clean.

The room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. the food at the bagged breakfast was outstanding. - the location couldn't be more comfortable and fantastic for work or leisure.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool facilities. The breakfast was very convenient and larger than most continental breakfasts you get at other hotels.The hotel is situated so it is easy to travel to the West Edmonton Mall.

Convenient Location! 🌟 We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Plus, the Starlight Casino was just 2 miles away from this spot. the breakfast offered here had good quality food.

The rooms were tastefully decorated. The added 'settee' pillow was a nice touch and I particularly appreciated the bed tray. The breakfast was wonderful! It was the overall experience of staying as a guest in the hotel that will warrant a return visit.
It would have been nice to have a vending machine with food snacks. Also, certain guests received a Globe&Mail in the morning at their door - I was not one of them and it would have been nice to have been included.

The staff, breakfast and facility were excellent. It was really clean, the staff were very friendly and a special thank you to Stephanie who looked after my breakfast and room extras!
Nothing, once I found it. One way streetss in Edmonton are annoying.

I enjoyed the unusually large bed. It seemed larger than a king size.
I found very few gluten free options for breakfast. I would have anticipated at least one or two options but there were none. We do make up 10% of the population.
